How long does it take?
Most jobs are done within a week or two, depending on what's on the bench. You'll get a turnaround time with your quote.
Do I need to bring strings?
No. A setup with new strings is $75 and the strings are included. If you like a specific brand or gauge, let me know or bring a set.
What if it needs more than the quote?
I'll check with you first. Nothing beyond the quoted work gets done without your OK.
Do you work on acoustics and basses?
Yes to acoustics. For basses and anything unusual, send the make and model and I'll let you know.
How do I get my guitar to you?
Drop-off is by appointment, weekday evenings and weekends. Shipping is also an option; ask when you request your quote.
